Highly suggest applying MC IGF into the muscle group you're working that day, will completely transform your physique and roundness of that muscle.......or apply into a lagging body part to bring it up quickly.......I love applying into quads and tear drop....helped my wheels by leaps and bounds.....you will not be sorry.....I feel better results IM rather than sub-q......I've been using it for three years up to 200 mcgs..pre workout...I wouldn't have the round shoulders or detail / size in my quads today without it......and it's not snake oil or mind over matter......shit works
