Hey everyone! Newbie here and need some proper advice!
I started my first clen cycle last Monday and my weight has actually increased about 4 lbs since! Odd? It appears so lol.
Maybe there is an error in my diet that I am unable to see from my perspective. I want the best outcome possible. The sides are pretty intense so I really do not want to be on this longer than what is necessary.
Clen-50 Northern Pharmaceuticals (please add thoughts on brand)
Note: all of my morning work outs including the walks on rest days are done in a FASTED state
Stats: 5'11" 175 lbs Female (unsure of body fat %)
I have been lifting for about a year and I would consider myself to be at an intermediate level of training.. nothing advanced that is for sure.
I can front squat about 105lbs, leg press 630lbs (7 plates on each side x 45lbs). Just to give somewhat of an idea.

Thursday(RD):
Dosage: 50mcg
P: 279 F: 54 C: 79

If someone could help I would really appreciate it! I gave as much detail as I possibly could.
Very much appreciated thank you!
EDIT: I have been tracking my macros for about a year (since I began lifting) and my lift day cals are 2250 and rest day cals are 1850
