I am brand new to MC but I have been reading threads about IGF and I am completely sold on how sweet it is/can be. I am no newbie when it comes to lifting weights but have recently started a more power bodybuilding style regimen. I want the all the show and the go. I assume IGF can help me with this, correct? I would be able to gain lean muscle mass and still improve on my lifts? I have read that a 27-29 insulin syringe is the best option with a starting dose around 20mcg. Lets say I am doing chest, would that be 10mcg in each side of the chest or 20? Or is 40mcg a good dose to start with? Over time with continual use would my dosages increase, or could I stay at a lower dose for an extended period of time? I am 5'9" at 183lb and am looking to increase in strength and size, of course. I read somewhere where people take this solo. I am new to pretty much all of this, what would be a good stack? I am interested in getting the Buy 4 get 5th Free and wanted to know a little bit more of what you all thought about starting off and such. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
