You can start with 30mcgs daily and we have a few women here who use it as well and I'm sure you can run a search and find their posts. One member who comes to mind is named SILK and she uses our igf and has some good info for females to follow
I PM silk I'm sure she is Busy and has a life is there any dilution with BW at this point or will I mess up my product I'm reading some info on it about diluting so you take out the acidic feel no pain
