Time on/time off?

I want to know the optimal duration of time on and off for a bodybuilder who wants to restore hpta function but also not too much time off that gains will diminish, need opinions on this from experienced users!!!!! I know time on+pct = time off but in all honesty a competitive bodybuilder isn't going to want to do thatand even most people who cycle don do that...

There was a great article on this a few months back. The results showed that the two (steroid use and trying to maintain HPTA) are mutually exclusive. It just isn't going to happen. Your body will maintain what it can through endogenous production, but it will always be slowly losing what you gained on steroids above what your body produces. Couple that with the fact that your natural production diminishes with age and things become more clear.
If you want to have a normally functioning endocrine system then stay away from AAS. It has taken members here YEARS to get back to some semblance of normal after AAS use.
If you want to carry supra physiological amounts of muscle understand that pretty consistent use of supra physiological amounts of hormones are needed

It all depends on your goals. If you want to be a competitive bb then you wont have to worry about time off, you will need to cruise and blast to be competitive. If your not worried about competing, but just want to be as big as possible without staying on all the time, then just take 1-3 months off. (This is what I do). If you want the safest route and don't care about being as big as you can then you stated above how to do that. time on + pct= time off. It all comes down to your goals brotha.

When you say pretty consistent use you mean all the time? I guess my ony concern is having children... I want to be competitive but be able to have children with my wife, but my goal is to be as big as possible

Serious body builder never take time off. Blast cruise blast and cruise. Only way to accomplish goals. Study show receptor stays same no degeneration. Body just adapts to any thing. Either switch gear up every 6-8 weeks or cruise. Low test and hgh if you can afford it.

Hpta will ill restore from break of high doses. And incoporae hcg, if you. Red to keep woman impressed with big loads and ball size. Other than that no need.

I've had more than a few friends that compete at the national and Pro level that wanted to have kids. It took each of them no less than 2 years of messing with fertility drugs (clomid, HCG, etc) before they were finally able to get their girls pregnant. You can do it, but if you want to do it soon, I'd keep the cycles low dose, short, HCG throughout, and regular blood tests.
I don't want kids and I'm fixed. Other than when I got totally clean for 7 months earlier in the year due to my cervical fusion, I'm always on at least my TRT dose. I will need to take testosterone for the rest of my life. But to be honest, with the shape I'm in now I wouldn't have it any other way. Being normal sucks. Right now I could probably diet down for 4 weeks and cut my water and place well in the heavyweight class at a level 5 show.
It's a lot of dedication and sacrifice, but man the results are so worth it.

Also forgot to mention, treat line only thing that will allow HPTA to return to normal. Pros having kids now days. Branch warren is happy father now thanks to triptline. No need to wait for year two years. 1mg trepterline restores everything. Then hit hcg to increase sperm count

I can't speak about guys who are super heavyweights, but you can maintain a ton of muscle on trt. If you don't have 900 + ng all the time though, it's going to be hard. My bloods on 175mg/week prescribed are close to 1000ng the day I pin (I do .5cc every 4 days). Combine trt with an occasional prohormone and you can make gains almost no matter who you are (exceptions being pros and high level competitors). Strictly talking about strength though, almost all strength gains are permanent provided you didn't stop training hard and weren't at like the tail end of a really strong oral or tren cycle or something very strong like that.

Is 16 weeks on.. Then 4pct then 4 off completely decent? I'm on my 4th cycle 5'7 200 11% . Was thinking goig to start doing 16 weeks on ad bridge between using my peptides ad some sarms? Along with igf.. I just love being on but not coming off at all scares me for my fertility reasons as I would be crushed if I couldn't have children with my wife

Been there buddy......children were a big want in my life but never found the right woman to settle down with. I've been BB since my mid 20's and been in and around the industry as well. When I did finally settle down I was 38 and we wanted kids. Went to my doc who I tell everything to and what I am on, who also prescribes me some of my gear. T3, Lasix, Test, etc...and did a sperm analayst which came back at zero. So he sent me to an endo doc who did more blood work and put me on fertility meds and told me I had to basicly stop BB, so I did. Test after test still no sperm production, I was on clomid, hcg and FSH shots weekly. He said I might not get it back at all after all the years of using AS and that I might have to be on HRT rest of my life to just maintain some what normal function. A few years past and still nothing and I am getting older, like old man status. My wife is 9 years younger so no issues there but we started going to a fertility specialist to harvest her eggs and freeze them. At this point my options where addoption which I am good with since I was myself or sperm donor. We wanted the experience of pregnacy so we went the donor route, going through 100's of canidates to find someone who looked like me, built like me (when I was younger) and had the same interest. We found a few and had the sperm sent to our doc to inplant my wife. We did this three seperate times with no luck. Now at this time I was 42, four years of trying but never giving up on the fertilty drugs, still taking them as we explored other avenues. Then one day my wife showed up to work, tears in her eyes and said she got a phone call that my sperm count was 19 million and that we are ready to unfreeze her eggs and and inplant the sperm. Sounded great and was a huge relief....but after 6 rounds of Invetro none of the eggs fertilzed and I can tell you its a very emotional rollercoaster to have your wife go into the hospital, get inplanted with our eggs and wait 5 days on the couch not allow to work only to hear sorry it didnt work.......well long story short (sorry guys) down to our last round off two fertilized eggs we were pregnet with twins.......we lost one of the twins at 16 weeks but the other one thrived and was born a healthy, thick big boy.....so I guess my message is if you want kids down the road just educate yourself on the proper ways to come off, time off and getting checked for sperm count now and again, who cares if itf cost a lot its all worth it. I think a sperm test is like $150 so what thats two bottles of gear....I have a few friends who are pro's and ex pro's and the guys had their sperm kept at the doc office on ice so that it wouldnt interfere with their BB career. I also know of few ex pro's very well who went through the same shit I did....Bpak has two little babies today, I think they're one and three and I am sure his sperm was frozen..I know Big JIm Quinn went through years and years of fertility drugs and finally had a baby boy.....and Ronnie Coleman just had a baby girl.....so just becareful, BB is a great sport but nothing can replace having children of your own and living life through their eyes....I know some of you like I was are saying, fuck that I dont want kids I wanna be big as possible....I was there....but one day its going to happen and you're going to want them and if you dont educate or take care of yourself you're really missing out on a true blessing from God and a journey like you've never experienced......

i was on gear for i guess 15 straight years, competed, and then wife wanted kids, got tested and had zero sperm count and low testosterone naturally, so i stayed off for a year or so totally clean, used hcg and I have 16 month old twins now, so you can still have kids, we had to go through the fertility doctor route, in vitro fertilization, but point is you can still have kids if you really want to, though i would never suggest staying on 15 years straight lol

I ment to say guys a drug called tripteriline fixes these fertility issues. Restores all function sperm production and natural test production. It is used to chemically castrate horses but is used in high amounts. In small amounts has prove to restore all functions
