Igf1 question important

I only do pre workout. Just a personal choice. Many guys and gals do it every day for better results and it will result it better results
 
Really if you are using IGF L3 you definitely should pin on days off. AND/or 10 hours preceeding your workout.
Taking L3 pre-workout will last through the workout and short circuit the bodies release of MGF which plays a vital role immediately following training to repair damaged tissue.
This is part of the proliferation/differentiation cycle- MGF first for24-36 hours then IGF.
So I always try to follow a similar pattern as close as I can within practical limits of training schedule.
Usually if I train at 6pm I wont pin my IGF til 8 am the next morning. 6pm the following day is about the point L3 wears off ( 10 hours) so by the time Im done training MGF is going to be uninhibited.
 
i use it every day and i have found it works best for me pre workout regardless of all I've read on its inhibiting mgf , its just works best for this way for me and I've been using it for about 13 years and tried it every which way and all times of the day and night, it really comes down to what and when you consume your protein and carbs
 
Everyday 4 me unless I am low carb bc it tends 2 make me wicked sick low carb obviously the "insulin-like" part.

Yes in bodybuilding their are no absolutes. To each their own, if you are getting results then I say you are doing it properly.
Im a big fan of DES pre workout. Love the pumps.
 
Thank you guys I've read that 4 weeks should be the cyc because after 4 weeks you be come desensitized so you have to be off for 3-4 week then you can get on it agin thoughts on that

thats old school thinking! Most of these people on boards like this one are reading very very old articles and think its fresh content, and you will find that a lot of people start seeing their best gains at week 5-7. I still have to explain to some people that igf-1 lr3 is good when sold reconstituted , because many many old articles state you should never ever buy reconstituted IGF-1 lr3, which back in the day was true when people only knew to use bact water which ruins the igf within a few days, but since that time many new studys and applications have come out showing IGF-1 lr3 actually is viable/stable in aa solution, and in ba as well as a couple other solutions listed on gropep website itself, and gropep is who owned the patent on IGF-1 lr3 , not sure they still own the patent or if it expired or sold it or whatever, but people are reading old articles when they state these things.

At week 7 every single time i use igf-1 lr3 is ALWAYS WHEN I SEE MY BEST GAINS, and if u search through our peptide forum you will find many many members stating the same exact thing.

Problem is everyone thinks they're an expert on everything these days lol, so i am glad you asked this question so others as well as urself could read this and know the truth.

Long story short is your fine to continue on it past 4 weeks

As I've mentioned to you before I pretty much do whatever my hubby (The Dude) says when it comes to this lifestyle. I, like you asked a lot of questions because this is serious stuff and I want to be smart about it. I've never heard him once say anything about becoming desensitized after 4 or any number of weeks for that matter. We've done it for a lot longer thn 4 weeks at a time and continued seeing results. In fact, we stop when we run out, lol. My shoulders were by far my lagging body part, but now they're pretty much where they should be thanks to the combination of training and igf. Clearly I'm a fan of this stuff LOL... I just wanted to give you my experience with it since I'm a girl :)
