Winter Off-Season Plans - Opinions?

I finished my cutting cycle right now. 350mg Test P + 350mg Tren A, ~10 weeks. Right now i want to go straight to bulking time ( lean mass as possible ) :) After 5-6 weeks on Tren all sides go away and i m feel amazing. Only one is sweating :) I think about stay with Tren for better nutrition partioning, strenght, regeneration etc. You know... a lot of benefits from Tren, i can't afford GH. I think about something like that:

Test P 350mg week
Deca 500mg week
Tren A 175mg week

For about ~14-16 weeks.

Training split ( body part every 5 days ):

Mon. Legs
Tue. Chest + Biceps
Wed. OFF ( Cardio )
Thu. Back + Traps
Fri. Shoulder + Triceps
Sat. OFF or Repeat training from Monday
Sun. OFF ( Cardio )

Diet will be like a lot of proteins and carbs with few amount of fats.

What do You think?

for me the testosterone seems really low, but if that works for ya then go for it, i mean your shredded as fuck so you must know what ur doing. However your training split i don't like nor do i think its just a personal preference but rather a rule of thumb that legs shouldn't be done the day before another big body part like chest. The legs will be worked out and swollen with blood for a couple days post workout, so it will be harder to pull the blood back up to the chest the very next day when training your chest.

I love the split though as its my favorite split with weekends and wednesday off. But i would do legs and chest on monday and friday, so they are split far apart.
 
What is Your the best way to go on Off Season Time? Do You think something like a lot of foods, water retention, bloat, high test doses etc. are very important for light weight and young people who are starting with building muscles?

When we look at photos of Junior BBrs, like in 20-25 years old, they are often going hard with weight while bulking time and them cut for compete etc.

Only older Guys, very experienced with a lot of muscle mass are staying very try to stay very lean. You know... less speed of metabolism caused by age etc. etc. Youngers can cut their fat faster than older people.

Do You think deal with bloat and some fat at the beginning of Bodybuilding lifestyle is essential so something like Test + Deca + Dbol is the best way for the first years of this awesome way to be the best Bodybuild on the world? :D

How Your bulking time look like?

no i don't believe you need to bloat or get all bulked up moon face looking in the offseason when your young or old, I always stayed fairly lean even when i was younger, Doing all that bulking and then cutting is hell on ur body and you can get freaky big without having to blow up in the off season, I've done it and i know others who've done it! Its way easier to cut for a show, and you don't lose muscle when dieting like you do when your all bulked up then try to cut like hell for a show, those guys always tend to lose some muscle.

yes your cycle looks really solid and i like those compounds myself however i also take igf-1 lr3 daily to stay super lean and pumped around the clock. ! and those before and after pictures are crazy brutha!
 
If you're in your bulking phase and want to stay on Tren why don't you switch it up to Tren Enethate, last longer in system and only have to stick yourself two times a week. Dude eod pinning gets old real fast........or I am really old (which I am) and have too much scare tissue from the past 20 years I can't find a solid spot in my gluteus or numb shoulders.......that's my .2 cents that's really worth .1

Since ~3 weeks i eat like this:

Meal 1
- 200g eggs whites
- 20g eggs yolk
- 20g Whey
- 100g oats
- 100g banana

40g P / 80g C / 5g F

Meal 2
- 200g chicken breast
- 75g brown rice

40g P / 60g C / 0g F

Meal 3
- 200g chicken breast
- 75g brown rice

40g P / 60g C / 0g F

Meal 4
- 200g chicken breast
- 400g potatoes

40g P / 60g C / 0g F

TRAINING

Meal 5
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g basmati rice

40g P / 80g C / 0g F

Meal 6
- 250g free fat cottage cheese
- 30g peanut butter

40g P / 0g C / 20g F

+ 1kg veggies which i don't count in macros.

I can only see your before pics for some reason. Your diet looks very similar to mine although I don't know the gram to oz conversion and I'm too lazy to look it up. My middle 4 meals are 10-12oz of chicken and one cup brown rice. Although my diet is strict I've found I'm still able to make gains in size and strength despite leaning out. I do a lot of cardio though. Therefore my only suggestion would be more protein at each meal. When your carbs are that low you really need an abundance of protein
