Estrogen (E2) Levels on Testosterone Cycle

I was wondering where most guys on cycle should try and keep their Estrogen (E2) levels at? I checked mine the other day and it was pretty high at 155. Been using some Nolva Dex, but guessing I need to switch to Adex or maybe use both.

But, my question is where should I shoot for reducing it to??

Austin. Most of us don't have testing procedures for E2 in our work place like you do. You lucky dog. I am going to give Letro a try for the first time. I usually use Aromisin.

Yeah Beast, I know its an awesome job perk especially given what we do. But, I'd still like to know how to bring it down correctly and how far it needs to be reduced to. Glycoman is very knowledgeable in this area as well, but he aint been on in a while. I ordered some Adex so we'll see how it does in a week of use once it arrives....

I dunno if this helps any, but: the trt guy I was going to told me the ratio of test to estrogen is almost as important as the actual estrogen number. I'm not sure how much that applies when your test levels are in the 4 or 5000 range, though. Anastrozole is very effective at lowering estrogen levels, at pretty small doses. I was taking 0.5 mg a week and my estrogen level got too low! Of course, I was only doing 180 mg of test a week.....

Proviron / Masteron can help. Adex is arsh...

E2 range for male : 5.4 - 65.9 ng/ml.
Don't go under 5.4, you will crash your libido and your mood.

Already taking 400 Masteron ew. Still high.... Added the Adex from MC store today...

155 is ok (as in not great - but not bad), unless you feel bad at that level. If you feel bad, I'd take a very mild AI. There is one that is otc called erase that is fantastic. It comes from a plant and works well. 1 cap a day wouldn't bottom you out, but would certainly help.

Thanks alot guys. My Adex shouldl work fine.... Feeling alot better only the second day in an Adex....

Yeah, Nolva is a SERM, only blocks receptors, next up is Adex, AI, works great but def use lowest dose to get levels down, most Rx are for 0.5mg twice a week, too low and your libido goes down. Aromatase the enzyme that converts test to estrogen. Keep us posted bro.

So what do you guys think of letro? And what is a minimum dose to use so as not to zero out estrogen?

I read 30ng/ML for E2 but I never checked mine. Letro's strong enough @ 100mcg to lower E2... As for dosage 4 u I'd say it varies person to person... But 1.25-2.5mg E3D or so? Not 100% on ur reaction to it... 4 me 1.25-2.5mg is too much LMAO I stick w/ ADex or Asin personally.

Thanks. I will go with the 1.25 E3D protocol and see how it goes. Since I have a 60 ml bottle of the stuff, so it is going to last me forever...lol

Adex is harsh? I thought it had no side effects. Or is it because it lowers your e2 level too low?

I also heard that letro can fuck up your lipids, and that aromisn does not.
