Hey guys! Anyone here resorted to getting Gyno and Full Abdominoplasty done? If so how was it? How long did it take to heal? How long was the time off before heading back into the gym? Has your lifestyle changed and it which way?

Would really appreciate your thoughts!

Friend had it done. It's no big deal. He was back in the gym in 10 days and got into the movies free because he is an asshole and told people the tubes and blood bags draining from his tits were from breast cancer.

WTF is a Full Abdominoplasty? A gyno procedure, barring any complications, will keep you out of the gym for about a month.

That's not true. I had it done twice. Both times i was training legs in 2 days, upper body in 4, and chest in a week. I drove myself back to work after the procedures.

Is this for both procedures or just gyno?

It was for both of the gyno surgeries i had done.

Nope. Plus i take 1 tab of nolvadex per week to ensure it doesn't come back.
