What are your immediate short term goals?

Be honest fellas. Sometimes my goals are as simple as get to the gym 3 times a week and get 300g of protein a day. Right now I'm burying myself in bodybuilding. This is a coping mechanism I developed decades ago. It keeps me sane and doing positive things. Given the importance of my bodybuilding infatuation during this time, I've set serious in depth goals.
1. Syntherol and IGF run- ya I'm doing BOTH! I've decided to do rear triceps (just the left right now to bring it up) as well as calves. I will be using a home made blend for upper body applications for now. Syntherol and IGF will hopefully arrive next week. I'll be using the syntherol in my calves as that is the only product that does not give me cellulitis. If the home made blend proves effective I will also be applying my home made Synthol to rear and side delts. I'm aiming to add a solid 2" to my calves. With MC IGF and Syntherol I think that it is very possible.
2. Diet - I'm going to slowly decrease my carb intake to see how low I can go while maintaining 100% strength. I currently eat about 400 grams of protein a day.
3. Once the Syntherol run is complete I'm going to do a 14 day run of DNP. The goal is to hit 5% at the end of the run. I'm also going to fully evaluate the product and it's effects in consideration for a national level show I hope to be able to do next year, but that's up in the air
4. Lastly and most important I hope to keep my sanity and stay away from alcohol and drugs. Normally I do a little partying, but with what I'm going through I develop urges. Basically my self worth plummets and i battle depression. That combined with alcohol and drugs is just not a good combo for me. It is what it is and I'm obviously not proud of it, so I feel that the best choice is to avoid things that put me in that position.
Anyways this is what I'm working on. I'm actually borrowing some money from myself to make this all happen which to those that know me illistrates how important this is to me.

right now my short term goal is get my ass to the fucking gym! I been slacking like a mother fucker! Been going maybe once a week lately, and need to get in there at least 4-5 times per week and I'm gonna start splitting my legs up into two days, quads then hammies , so yeah thats my goal, as long as I'm in the gym, the rest of it takes care of itself , the body responds and grows well, i simply need to get in there! I just have a load of life weighing on me at the moment lol
 
I have what I think of as very nasty tendonitis in my right elbow. Medial epichondilitis - "golfer's elbow " - from playing hockey (stick handling really irritates it). Thisvhas been an off and on problem for 10 or more years and I've reached my "lifetime limit" according to the sportsmedicine orthopedist I saw a couple weeks ago.

So in general, my short term goal is to try to keep up my training as much as possible without aggravating that.

Also trying to shed some fat, without losing too much muscle.

More specifically, training back at the gym today, which often irritates my elbow, so we'll see how that goes.

Hoping igf-1 is going to help with the elbow, among other things.

Ive had absolutely awful tennis elbow / tendinitis before and it was bad and the only remedy I know of for this is REST REST REST AND MORE REST!
 
Yeah, it's awful! Washing my hands was painful a week ago, that's how sore it was! I put 100 mcg igf directly into the tendon about a week ago and then right in the same area (though not directly in the tendon) 2 days after that. It actually feels a little better (been resting it also), though it's swollen from the injections. Want to put more in there, but waiting for the swelling to go down first.....
 
Truth be told, natural BB sucks compared to enhancement. Whether it's peptides or AAS, something's gotta be in the system now a days to feel the motivation and spend time in front of the mirror. I guess in trained athletes changes are slow naturally, it is no where like how it used to be in late teens or early 20's. Even fcking N.O. Felt like AAS in the system lol

So I guess like ya'll 'ol timers I'm trying to maintain the discipline of diet and training. My diet sucks more than training. Not that I don't eat clean, it's just that I don't eat enough. 4 solid meals a day is average and that ain't enough with my metabolism. So I gotta get that fixed before my next cycle or else it will be as usual gain on the cycle only to lose most of it after.

For motivation, it would be great to have wo partner again. Nothing like working out with an equal and challenging partner.

In the meanwhile, thinking of trying some HGH for the first time for fat loss and general health benefit. Just 2 IU's ed of it combined with MC's IGF to keep the anabolic ball rolling. Stay lean and gain a few quality lbs with this so I prove to myself that I am worthy of my next AAS cycle. And then crank it up again!!! Lol

Rather than 2iu of GH I'd probably go with the GHRP and GHRH route. You can easily get effects similiar to that dose with Peps. For a guy I wouldn't use GH Unless you can do at least 4-5 iu a day. Even then I'd add in peptides to enhance the effects.
I'm there with you about the enhancement. I haven't trained natural in almost 15 years.

yep, agree with most all of what you said, 2 i.u for a man is a waste in my humble opinion unless its with igf-1 lr3 or other peptides,
 
I'm about to run some peptides, so My short term goals are to break thru this weight gain stale mate over the next couple of months...
 
My short term goal is to finish out the rest of my 14 days on DNP and hopefully get results I'm happy with. Because it's hard work but I love it!!

I'm with ya brotha. Im retired and it seems like theres more to do now that there was before. I bought a home gym and set it up in the entire basement, looks like a mini 24 hr fitness cost me 8k. I use it but Im never home anymore. How does life creep up on you and keep you so busy when you are retired?
 
GET HUGE! Haha. Been my goal for a long time. People always say,"when u get older u won't care about being big". Fuck that! Been at it 14 years and still want to be bigger!
Just changed my split from three day at 3-4 times a week to 5 day split at 5-6 times a week.
Presser I will swear by splitting up the legs. If you split chest and back up why not split up legs. I have a day just for quads. Calves I put on chest day and hammies on back day. Works great for me.

Hmmm I heard that just for long term fat loss, staying lean goal 2IUs split twice a day is enough if it's legit. No???

I think for anabolic effect IGF is better anyways since GH works by having body produce more IGF for growth effect.

Tho Dude, I agree that using pep with GH to make super pulse is great idea. Prolly more cost effective too as opposed to using just 4 IU's of GH.

Unless of course one is doing Slin, GH and AAS together.

This is really how I look at it. I have a finite budget as do most of us. For the cost of 7IU a day, I can do my very nice stack of AAS, MC IGF, and GH Peps and probably still have a little left over!
