been putting off talking about this but what the hell

first off not sure this is the best section so my feelings won't be hurt if it gets moved.


so basically for the last 3 years(and it's worse when I'm on test or test+others) whenever I get aroused even a little bit. like if I get a semi it leaks. like when I was younger I'd get a very slight amount of "precum" every now and then. well after a round of test/deca it got really bad. like if I'm fooling around with a girl long enough before putting it in my shorts are soaked and I'm not talking a little bit either. then a lot of times erections aren't the best. I'd say I'm at like 80-90% full staff. it gets a little better when I'm off for a while but my sex drive is so low it doesn't matter. even went to the doc when I was on a 200mg/wk of cyp to get things checked. he said my prostate was fine but my test was high(1200 iirc) and that was probably it. however like when I wake up in the am with wood I'm fine. 100% there and no leaking.

as anyone ever experienced this? I'm sure I'm leaving out something so feel free to ask. thanks

edit: could that Finestra stuff help?

sounds exactly like when ur on your prostate gets enlarged hindering a full blood flow erection, and you can have normal PSA numbers and still have an enlarged prostate, so unless he poked around in ur ass with his finger or scoped ya, he was only going by ur blood work numbers signaling ur prostate is ok. and when u come off the prostate shrink up some giving back better blood flow but as u said arousal aint the same lol, were all the same for the most part brutha

it was awful. doc was super professional about it though made it a lot easier.

PS. finestra dosage? should I try it? if so how much? anything else short of coming off completely for a long time?

Echo, I'm on TRT and I get the same weak stiffy with too much test. Just enough and everything works great most of the time (sometimes I need a little Viagra for a boost but not usually). I've been told by a urologist that an enlarged prostate has nothing to do with sexual dysfunction - but this is the same doc - I call him Doctor Dick - who told me low t had nothing to do with it. That statement is patently bullshit, so I question the statement about the prostate having nothing to do with it. Lots of folks on here say the prostate does affect sexual dysfunction, so I dunno...... I've run a little Proviron along with my test and it seemed to really improve things in the stiffy department, and that is a dht based product, so I don't know if Finasteride, which blocks dht, is going to do it for you, but you never know. I've concluded that pretty much everyone responds differently and we each have to find what works for us individually.

I went off trt for a while, and while my blood serum levels were falling, I went through a period where everything worked just exactly like it should, so either:
A. The test level has to be just right, or
B. My prostate swells (even though my psa levels are always good) and as it goes down the plumbing works right.

My current protocol is 300 mg every other week. Sometimes, the week of the shot, I need viagra, and by the 2nd week, everything is working well. Sometimes, everything works well right out of the gate following my shot. So I also think that not only does each individual respond differently, but we each respond differently at different times.

As for the leaky dick, that sounds to me like your libido - sex drive - is working, your body knows it SHOULD have a hardon, even if it can't seem to make it happen. That's purely a theory nased on my own experience.
