anavar and blood clotting

I have been reading up a lot on anavar lately because my wife might take a cycle to help tone up. One thing that i have found is that it causes blood clotting. My wife has had issues in the past and is going to the doc next week to see if this is a problem. My question here is has anyone come experienced this problem? I have also read that baby aspirin can be taken in conjunction with anavar to help combat this problem. If anyone can enlightened me with their own experience with this matter, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and help.....

yes aspirin will thin the blood, as for anavar and clotting, I've never heard that, but if ur wife has issues i wouldn't suggest she take anything man

I would say this, any form of AAS is most likely going to create more red blood cells which can cause BP issues platelet issues etc. I would have her go back to the doctor first personally.

All AAS cause increase hematocrit, which increases the likelihood of clotting. Your blood is thicker, so there is a higher likelihood that your blood will clot. It's not specific to anavar.

I have read this about all AAS. Thanks for your everyone's response. Always new it was bad for people with high blood pressure but was not aware of the blood clotting. Makes sense though. She is getting her hema levels check next week to see if she is prone for blood clotting. Her issues were with pregnancies, when she became pregnant her blood would clott and cause a miscarriage. She had to take heprin injections daily to thin her blood during pregnancies. The anavar won't necessarily cause issues with her but just curious if anyone in here has had or heard of this type of problem. Definitely getting the docs opinion before proceeding. Thanks for all the coments.

Yes. We have four beautiful girls....... wouldn't trade them for the world. I would love to have more, but can't get her on board. She's going to have blood work done today to make sure she won't have issues. The Doc did say she won't have to worry about the anavar but the IGF-1 LR 3 might be an issue. That is what they hope to find out with the blood work test today. Thank you for your kind words.

I'm not sure what the problem would be with the igf. That one kind of baffled me. From all that i have read i thought it would be the other way around, anavar she might have problem and igf she would be good to go. Maybe the Doc is just being cautious, definitely fine with that..... Doc might also not be as familiar with the igf. She has been taking the anavar for a week now and so far so good. Still might be to early to tell. But like i said this is all just precautionary, its better safe than sorry. If anyone has any input on the igf and blood clotting, i would love to hear it. I might start another thread just for that. The girls are my world also. The three oldest are all black belts (12, 9, 8) and it's awesome when we go to tournaments and they kick the shit out of boys..... LOVE IT.

Yeah lol at that age girls are always bigger and stronger than the boys ! That's great bro! As for igf and blood clotting, I've never heard of such a thing

My same exact thoughts..... i have done lots reading on IGF beford i got some (MC). NEVER READ ONE THING ABOUT THAT. One thing i did read ( of the many) is that it has helped people with diabetes. Very reassuring. .... i know that diabetes and blood clotting are two different monsters but they both have to due with the blood and i have found no characteristics of igf to lead me to believe that igf could lead to blood clotting. I read one really good study from a professor at harvard that had lots of great info on igf and none referred to blood clotting. Plus all the studies i have read are very consistent with each other and have no variations from one study to the other. I do believe it's just a bit of precaution and lack of knowledge put together from both parties (Doc and my wife).

I don't have any such experience. But I would suggest not experiment anything without much information. You can consult a fitness expert regarding this.
