Where to start, and should I even start?

I'd like to first introduce myself: My name is Adrian. I'm 26 years old, a navy veteran and health and fitness advocate. I love food, cooking and lifting.

I've been contemplating steroids for a while now, but I don't want to go rushing bull headed into anything. I'd like to be smart about what ever I choose to do to my body and also whatever investment I make. I'm 6'4" 196 pounds and roughly 8% body fat. I would like to up my weight to as much as 240 lbs but I would be happy to keep my leanness and be 225 lbs. I work at a gym, so I lift regularly. Eating a ton of calories is a huge challenge for me however. I can easily go an 8 hour shift at work without having a chance to stop and eat, which blows. I work in a restaurant and it's very face to face and fast paced. I can't just sit down or crouch in a corner and eat every 2 hours which would be optimal. Any ideas on where to begin? I don't plan on doing any serious body building, but I do love to lift. I don't wish to get onto any large stacks and I don't plan on running anything for months on end. Is there anything that fits what I'm looking for or am I being unrealistic?

welcome to MC, i will move ur thread to the proper forum where people can see it and reply brutha

Welcome to mc bro! After reading this I would not suggest steroids. Eating is half the battle when it comes to bodybuilding! If you can't find the time to get five or six meals in a day your not allowing your body what it needs to grow. I would definetily encourage you to keep doing what you are in the gym it at this point steroids would be a waste.

and if you do decide to run a cycle of something bro, i would suggest you keep it simple and just run a long acting ester of testosterone, either cypionate or enanthate and just run 200mg a week for maybe 12 - 16 weeks, you will get the gains your looking for so long as you eat properly, but if your not going to be able to eat then i agree with defmetallifters post above, no need to bother with steroids at all.

I am also a big proponent of creatine! I love creatine, and it was the first supplement i ever used, and after the first 2 weeks on creatine i blew up and i actually remember thinking to myself, how is this stuff legal, lol, that is how well i blew up from taking just creatine, back then i took Phosphagen HP by EAS i think it was, not sure thats even still around but it worked well, and I also would drop an alkaseltzer in the cup first, then my creatine powder then add water, and the alkaseltzer turned it into effervescent creatine , it simply micronized it and enabled more of it to get into your system , so there was no reason to buy the effervescent creatine which sold for twice as much money lmao,

so maybe start there brutha

I kind of differ from the other folks. Im a pro-steroids and would tell you to go for it. On that note, I would also agree with what presser said and just run a low dose of test, maybe 200-400 mg a week. I say as high as 400 because you never really know what dosage you are getting from a UGL so I would opt for the higher side. That's just me though.

OP. If you do decide to cross over to the dark side, you will get amazing results from 250 mg of Test C or Test E a week. I blew up from 250 lbs to 275 lbs in one month. With a dbol kick start of course. As for creatine, I started using it when it first came out in 1993. I got amazing results off of it. It was almost like a mild steroid. I stopped using creatine when I started messing with AAS because I read somewhere that it competed for the AAS receptors. What a crock that turned out to be. I later learned that to be a crock of shit.
