when to take igf-1 lr3

I'm reading so many diff things it's making my head hurt can anyone tell me when is the best time to take your igf-1lr3 post work out like right after or hrs later?? Or pre workout ?? And also is taking it intramuscular into the muscle worked out the best way to take it? ?

i try to take it 30 mins before workout mostly IM. just try them all and see whats best for you

my wife sometimes has to take it before work and goes to the gym 5 hours later and still gets a pump. half life is long so any time is fine. some swear by one thing or another but works as long as your putting it in. best for me is preworkout

I take mine 30 mins before workout. I inject intramuscular for the pump. All that i have read said intramuscular is the way to go because of the pump and if I'm not mistaken it is muscle specific. Please correct me if I'm wrong. It doesn't matter which way you take it (like iron said) it all works. Most prefer IM because of the pump, at least i do.

One last question I Wil start out at 40 mcgs a day I got my igf from here so it's 1000mcgs bottle I'm using a 1 cc insulin syringe how how much do I pull back to equal 40 if this is a dumb question I'm terribly sorry but I've searched and can't seem to find the answer

How stupid am I? I have been using blue tops at 3 ius a day.
Could someone please tell me how much a iu is to 1 mcgs. :embarrass

no clue, but 3ius of "blue tops" is kinda low dose. 4- 5 or more would be good spot, as of igf 40-60mcgs is a nice dose, you really cant say mcgs to ius.

it should go by units 5,10,15 so you would go right before the 5 mark. yes that little bit will do the trick
