I know it's not the best way to go about things. A lot of times I like running Orals for the fact I drink less. I like to drink on the weekends but wondering if it's a big deal to just drink once a week? I always drink vodka on the rocks or with a sugar free mix. I always get meals in and make it to the gym the next day hungover or not. I know lots of guys make a big deal of drinking and bodybuilding but I've always done it and results are through the roof for me from month to month. The only negative I would say is diet can be broken a lot easier. Feeling like shit in the morning I always crave some fattening breakfast. Haha
