Just wanted to know what you all thought on this, as I don't ever see anybody with a workout like mine. Been training since a young teen. But been working constantly and hard for 1 and 1/2 now. 6'2 215lbs 12%BF.
Day 1 Chest and triceps (maybe some bicep exercises depending on when my rest day takes place)
Day 2 Legs -quads, hams and calves (ditto on the bicep exercises)
Day 3 Shoulder and traps
Day 4 Lats and biceps
Day 5 Rest
I don't always take day 5 as a rest day, if my chest is good to go I will go back to day 1 w/o a rest day. Then I will take a rest day on day 6 as my calves are always sore that long. But you get the general picture.
Now let me give you some imput on why i workout this way. Usually my chest and triceps or Legs (esp. calves) are sore for 3-4 days sometimes more making it pretty hard to go again. I never work a body part if it is still sore. My question is do you guys think this is too long between body parts? Basically I work a body part out every 5th day.
