3mgs of ketotifen shouldn't make you tired. take 1/2 cc in the morning and another 1/2 cc before lunch.i ran t-3 at 25mcgs /day some people ramp up to 100mcgs and than ramp back down, you are suppose to see the t-3 effects quicker but you also are at greater risk. t-3 is best used when you have dieted down naturally for a while and your body has decreased natural t-3 production.so diet down naturally for 3-4 weeks before startng t-3, better yet wait till you stop losing weight naturally, off of regular dieting, than start t-3. so it would look like this. wks1-12 natural dieting. weeks 4-12 1cc/day clenbuterol/ketotifen combo wks 8-12 t-3 25mcgs/day
