Insulin Syringe Backloading: Dealing with Frequent Injections

Lets talk about something that all of us as anabolic steroid users deal with, injections. Since most anabolics are in injectable form and the gold standard for any cycle is to have testosterone as a base we tend to turn ourselves into human pin cushions as we cycle. To make matters worse many of us use shorter esters like ace or prop which require every day or every other day injections. Simply put, the act of injecting becomes tiring. As a hormone replacement therapy patient myself I find having to do two testosterone and two hcg injections a week a pain in the ass. Not to mention that the prolonged use of an injection site with 23/25g needles causes scar tissue build up.

What is insulin syringe backloading

It sounds like some scientific technical term that is confusing, but insulin syringe backloading is the answer your injection prayers. Using a 29g ½ to 5/8-inch insulin syringe not only do you dramatically take down the chances of scar tissue build up but your injections become virtually pain free! So lets deal with the obvious question first.. but 3J, will the oil push through a 29g needle?? YES!!! The injection itself is slower but it also slows down the pressure in which the oil leaves the syringe into the muscle greatly reducing PIP!!!!! You see, when you inject with a 29g the oil can only drip out of the needle. It can never get enough pressure to cause a stream which can damage muscle and cause soreness. Now the obvious shouldn’t have to be stated., you cannot do a glute injection with a ½ inch needle. Using a 1cc syringe and 29g insulin needle (these usually come fixed together) you can easily do delt and quad injections. Using different parts of the delt and quad gives you ample amount of injection sites to rotate. Unless youre morbidly obese ½ inch needl should be more than enough to penetrate muscle.

Setting it up

What you need

2 alcohol prep pads
1 18-23g needle and 3 cc syringe
1 29g ½ inch 1 cc insulin syringe
Your compound

Steps

Using the alcohol prep pad, wipe the top of the vial of your compound

Fill your compound into the 18-23g syringe (up to 1 cc, you can find 27g needles with 3 cc syringes online if you need more or do multiple injections if you cannot find it)

Take out your insulin syringe and remove the plunger. I like to do this with my teeth so that the plunger does not touch anything and stays as sanitary as possible

Hold the insulin syringe with the needle pointing down and inject the compound into the back of the syringe

Barely replace the plunger and turn the syringe so that the needle is facing the ceiling and let the air move up to the top of the synringe and the compound move towards the plunger fully

Push the air out with the plunger

Wipe your injection spot with an alcohol wipe and inject

Hope this helps guys!!!

For the record oil will push out of a 30g as well. I like a 1/2" 30g, it is like butter!!

It takes about 10 seconds to push 1 cc.

i tried sub q and go lumps that took weeks to go away.. i go IM

It is weird sometimes I go for months with no lumps then I get a lump. Sub q is supposed to give a more steady rate of T as opposed to the tendency to have spikes with IM.
