Actually, *everything* will freeze eventually. Benzyl alcohol will freeze -15.2 °C (or what Canadians might call "slightly nippy LOL), Benzyl Benzoate *officially* will freeze at about *18* C, or only a few degrees below room temperature. *However*, like a lot of organic materials, it tends to be metastable below its official freezing point, it will resist crystalization and stay liquid until something triggers it. Just put it somewhere where the temperature is above its freezing point, and it will thaw back out. It won't be harmed by freezing, so don't worry about that.
