Hey guys,

Im trying to bring my triceps up.. when i do a front double bicep the bottom of my arms are too straight.. im after more sweep

Ive started training them twice a week... is this a good idea?

Also which exercises have u noticed helps u with the sweep?

yes its always a good idea to hit weaker parts twice a week for a while to chock them into growing! as for tricep development, weighted dips and single arm reverse tricep pull downs rocks

yes twice a week is good for weaker parts to shock them for gorwth and dips and single arm reverse tri pulldowns rock

You are only going to go as far as genetics allow also. I like to superset the shit out of mine. Set up 3 or 4 cable exercises and roll through them 4 times increasing the weight each time. Start off pretty light to get the movements down because it's going to get heavy by the end. Shoot for 20 reps also. 2 hand close grip extensions, reverse wider grip, V bar, rope and spread at bottom. This will get you ready to roll into dips remember to keep your head up and stay off the chest, skull crushers flat and incline, close grip press flat or decline or both lol. Lots of exercises you can do just get em swole up like they are about to bust out of the skin then push em even harder till it feels like someone is holding a lighter to them. Sleep and eat right and grow.

+1 on dips. I like to do "bench dips" as a finishing exercise with a plate on my lap. Sometimes I have my wife sit on my lap with a plate on HER lap. Seems like it hits the middle - what, head? - of the tricep, all the way down to my elbows.

One single exercise isn't going to help you. What you need to worry about is how you're doing your exercises. 100% perfect form on your movements with a weight that elicits "volitional fatigue" is what you want. Volitional fatigue is the point to where you wouldn't be able to do another rep in perfect form. This is where you want to be on each movement of your routine. This is what elicits growth.

For things like this (site specific) I do all of my IGF applications there... and then I'll do a few syntherol runs. Just shooting you straight bud. It's my experience that different people have different muscle development tendencies. There really arent that many ways to straighten an arm you know.. there just isn't enough variation in what that muscle group does to grestly affect the shape of the muscle to such an extent.

Thanks guys... sorry about the double post.. im on the tablet and it was telling me there was an error with the page.
