Anyone else have this issue and go back to heavy ass pulling?
After 2 years since hurting mine I'm SLOWLY getting back into deadlifting with a comprehensive approach I'm testing out on myself based on the work of Andrew Lock (Aussie physio therapist), Dr Stuart McGill, and a view others. If I can get myself pulling over 300 again I plan on sharing everything I did in some youtube vids.
Just curious if anyone else out there has been down this road and if anything has helped them out.
