Cardio

I'm a lazy fat old man so no I don't-the best system that I found when I was younger was HIT training...mix it up on the heavy bag and running
 
if your going to run spend the money on good running shoes, it's cheaper than shin splits and less painful

if your going to use the heavy bag wrap your hands and use the heavy boxing gloves, the heavier the better (use the 20oz.) better than breaking a hand

ive been doing light cardio i get calf pumps real bad and taurine aint really helping. ive started GW again about a week ago so the endurance is there

Can't hit the heavy bag more then a few days in a row now because of my back injury. Gunna force myself to do HIIT 2x a week I think lol
 
its a SARM or close enough it really helps with endurance. many people who run tren with run GW with it. i only run it 5mg twice a day and usually 4 weeks max

I get calf pumps really bad also and just fight through it but lately I've started swimming and I think it's working.
 
I hates cardio. Unless it's playing ice hockey, which probably qualifies as HIIT.... But I haven't been able to play in months because of my work schedule, and before that because of a couple of injuries while playing (broken foot, then a broken nose!). I'm hoping to start playing again this week, as my work schedule has gone back to normal.

I also like hiking, and am going this week, so I guess I can say I do a little bit of low intensity also.

But walking/running on the treadmill? No way.
 
Cardio sucks. But it is necessary when fighting, fucking, or running tren. Since i enjoy all 3 (sometimes at once), cardio is a must. 5/week. 1hr post wakeup fasted

Holy shit, I can't go 10 minutes post wakeup without breakfast! I wake up STARVING! I think I'd die from malnutrition if I tried fasted cardio an hour post wakeup!

Im just getting back to doing a little cardio now. Ive been trying to gain weight forever, naturally, before cycling again. When i do too much cardio i drop weight like a stone. Sad because i was a distance runner for years and still long for the open road.
