Loss of Energy and Always tired

Hii guys, 15 days gone and i am on muscularity or dieting.So run a little bit approx. 2 km and cycling 12 minutes on 27-33 km/hr. Lift weight in evening but i always tired and have no energy's to push that bar meanwhile coffee with hot water before gives me some boost but still not enough.
Supplement:
1.whey two times i.e. morning and eve after workout
2.casein at night 25gm protein
3.started creatine but no use of it
4.multivitamin
5.fish oil

Cycle:
Clanbeutrol and t3
Lowest 40mcg and highest 120 mcg

Diet plan:
Morning- whey one scoop with curd 400gm and oats 60gm and brown bread 5
Lunch- chicken breast 250gm and muskmelon 300gm with cranberry juice
Snacks- musckmelon again with cranberry juice and brown bread three
Before workout- coffee with hot water
After workout- whey 1.5 scoop creatine too
Dinner- muskmelon only
Sleep with casein one scoop

Weight-70kg
Height-5'8"
Years -2 exercising

How long has this been going on? How long on the t-3 & clen? I have read about clen causing lethargy. I don't know what musckmelon is but are you eating enough. Have you added up your calories / carbs / protein / fat?

im not sure off the top of my head.. but that looks like a very low caloric intake.. do you know what your caloric intake is?
 
Now one month passed using clan an t3 and also one month of regular exercise by doing cardio daily 30mnts and one strength exercise per part. Muskmelon is tge the brother of watermelon and yaah 150 grm daily protein. Around 225grm carbs and 60 grm fat
 
Still struggling to get some fat or weight down. Got any suggestion???

your caloric intake is wayyyy too low for your activity level.. with all due respect thats what i use to cut my 115lb females down..


you need a refeed.. take a day off from exercise and make your macros as follows.. 200g protien 300g carbs 60g fats.. eat semi simple carbs like pasta, bread, white rice...

your leptin levels, glycogen stores, and overall metabolism is in the gutter

WOW 3J is exactly right. Thats way too low. Even without T3 and Clen thats too low. Follow his advice and you will be set.

mate, I was very similiar in diet and the clen dosage and actually lost strength over a few cycles and after wearing a monitor for a day at work and the gym, I was burning around 4000 cals some days but barely eating 2300 - 2500! And it was my fitness pal that sorted that for me.
I upped my cals and carbs and Im feeling better

Mate, if you dont mind me asking and it sounds like you know your stuff, Can eating in to much of a deficit actually work backwards in regards to weight loss?
Im curious as Ive just started a cut and I am sitiing on about 250 protein, 200 carbs and 50 fats which is 2250 calories!

Looks way too low to me. You need to start your own thread in this section and ask your question to 3J. Be sure to include your height, weight, training intensity and frequency.
