Walmart and CVS seem to be the only places where I live that carry it and they have both bronkaid and Primatene. bronkaid is ephedrine sulfate and prima is ephedrine hcl. HCL Is just a tad stronger mg for mg but I honestly never noticed a difference.
bronkaid is the better choice because they are dosed higher, yet the guafensis is the same. meaning when you take Primatene you would have to take twice as many tablets to equal the amount of ephedrine as bronkaid but you're also consuming twice as much guafenesin.

primatine is better hands down in my opinion, ive taken both and sulfate sucks balls compared to hcl , although i sure wish we could get it without the expectorant in it
