CaseyWhitcher Progress Pics (UPDATED 09/21)

Hey all, well I'm new to this board, (fitnessboard.com transplant) so I'll let you all know where I'm currently at, and what my goals are, maybe you all can offer some advice.

Im getting married, in 68 days Ive vowed to be in the best shape of my life, in the last 3 months I believe I have lost about 30 lbs of fat, (its hard to tell because I have added alot of mass also, but overall I still lost a real 20 lbs. I've also lost 5 inches on my waist. These pictures are where I stand today.

Now, my diet is VERY clean, about 150 - 200 carbs a day all in the morning or early afternoon, I do cardio every morning for 40 minutes before I eat. about 3 nights a week I go in and do another 40 minutes. I work out weights one bodypart a day 6 days a week. I am currently 61" and 230 lbs.

So.... What do you guys think? I have 68 days left to hopefully meet my goal of a 6pack for the first time in my life? You guys think I have a shot? would you change anything??

DIET AND CARDIO SEEM IN CHECK, KEEP IT UP BRO, YOU MIGHT WANNA TRY SOMETHING TO SHED EXCESS WATER WEIGHT. WHAT KIND OF SUPPLEMENTS/A.A.S. ARE YOU TAKING TO HELP WITH THE FATLOSS?
 
To help with the fat loss I usually drink a speed stack in the morning before cardio, then after cardio I take either metabolife, or Xenadrine (2 pills) and then another 2pills later in the day about 3.

Keep up the hard work.

Im going to recommend that you give RIPPED FUEL EXTREME a try, it's an amazing product.

The best way i have found to take it is.

2 before breakfeast
2 before lunch
2 before training

Good luck you will reach your goal :)
 
You can do it bro, you might add some YO HCL to your routine...... works for me

BTW, your lady is very hot!
 
Hey all... I just wanted to post some updated pictures and my progress on my way to my wedding..

I'm not at the bodyfat that I was to be at...

I got the underwater test done today .. it said I'm still at %17 so.. I'm going to have to up my level of commitment and intensity.

I think my biggest downfall has been drinking even though I'm following a strict diet... so.. cutting out the alcohol all together.

And switching to MRPs instead of protein bars.

Improvments are showing, keep up the good work but dont forget the legs though!
 
Good job bro. Congrats on marrying a hottie. Keep it up and you will reach your goals. An dont quit after the wedding.
