Alright today at the gym while I was kicking the ass of some weights, I had a bright idea bout the rules for the posedown people want. I was thinking ok standard issue poses for bb i.e. double back bi, front double bi, abs, most muscular, front and rear lats, side tri, and side chest. Ok that was the easy part. Now for the complicated part, I think we should have 3 wt. classes 175 or less, 175-200, and over 200. In addition I think we should seperate it into # of cycles to.Say all the guys w/3 or less in one group and all the guys 3 or more in another. Any ideas or input lets just make this one big giant idea post!
