Shove them in a protein container. When it's full, I tape it up and throw it in the trash.

Any kind of bacteria possibly contaminate the pins after used. And don't think you can just use an alcohol swab on the outside of the needle....the inside can get contaminated too. Please wrapped it and threw away.
