Wrong product what should I do...

Hey guys just a question of should I keep what I got or go through the hassle of trying to ship back and wait 3 more weeks for the correct product.....so here is the story I placed an order with a ugl that had a sale of 5 bottles for a really good price about a month ago, finally came in the mail from a international supplier....well I ordered all 5 boldenone undeconate and received 1 undeconate and 4 boldenone acetate. I honestly didn't want acetate because of the injection frequency I just came off a prop cycle and swore I was not doing eod injections ever again it's just a headache to deal with....so should I email the company or just let it ride...the acetate is more expensive but not what I wanted...and I would feel bad asking then to send me undeconate without me sending this back it wouldn't be fair to them...let me know you guys input on leave it alone or make them aware
 
Well they are also a very active sponsor that I would want to do business with again soon.

Its their fault. They should ship you what you ordered and shouldn't expect you to ship what you got back.

Well dont go yelling at them then. haha. Just tell them what happened and see what they say.
 
For your inconvenience u shouldn't have to wait. They prolly will just send u 4 eq and say sorry for the inconvenience. Either that are settle for 3 and keep if they let u keep the acetate.
 
Well I emailed them and they apologized and said they will do me good on my next order but didn't go in to details on how good..because I did explain to them that I am fixing to place an order for some test and pct...so I guess I'll place my order and wait for either a discount or extra product to arrive with it.

I am sorry but that wouldn't be good enough for me. I have business and they didn't sent me what I ordered. I shouldn't have to do more business for them to make it right. If that's how it was everyone would do that so we would have to repeat spending more to ever get what we initially wanted. That wouldn't work for me. Send me my shit or I am getting rest somewhere else and will be honest about why. Hell better yet how do u even know if it's acetate or they put wrong label on vail. Seems like they would be more worried about the reputation than making u order again. I would've said I have no interest in ordering until it's made right. I did my part u now do yours.

Call them out. Let everybody see who it is and chime in, i'm sure they will change their minds. i know i want to know what sponsors do business this way.
 
I know who you are talming about i have ordered from them many times only fuck up i ever had is thay sent me a extra 100 clen once told him and he said keep it i would have sent him the cash mistakes happen if he makes good on it so be it i dont think he will blow u off thay get a A+ from me
 
Btw pinning ed or eod suck less if you use a 28 gage slinpin back load and pin away i do it that way for prop & tren a
 
I hope they do you right on your next order, but it dose kinda suck that you will need to order again to make it right.

That's a good idea on using a 28g for eod. I am about to start a 16 week run that calls for eod. Not looking forward to all the sticks, but I beleve this will be an amazing run.
 
I have had some bad dealings with boldenone and high red blood. And I only used true undecylenate. I couldn't imagine what acetate would do. That cycle is useless completely. One maybe two acetate as kick start with like test acetate while taking test e and true eq from get go. But eq doesn't work that way for gains. It can make blood pressure high acne bad in some and acetate will increase blood fast. Back pumps Holy Back pumps from Hell!
I wouldn't be rude or ruin anyone but we know what's at risk and we take it. Our risk doing something we have no clue who put something sterile inside that bottle. There risk losing credible reputation and someone going somewhere else. I can't afford to have wrong product paid for it have kids and the more I need is the less my family can have. But I am no push over and don't ever forget they need purchase business I know too many other labs that would fix problem with 1st making sure u have what u ordered and 2nd a discount on next order for inconvenience. If we cut slack they will all let things slide. I repeat when I am happy that boldenone acetate is useless IMO!!!
 
Well that's the thing I don't know if it's acetate or undecanoate I posted another post for identification the front label says acetate the back Label says undecanate.... so in all actuality I'm not sure what I really have

One other thing is if they sent u alot of something more useful but they sent it u what looks like a sale on 5 that nobody will ever buy with the strategy of saying it was eq for sale and it was mistake sent. I have never heard of acetate boldenone used by anyone and if u read about eq it is supposed to work slowly and that's thats how it creates earned gains keep able. Eq adds to cycle but doesn't do much as for as gains. Also it gets me labs charge same or close to same from 100 mg/ml acetate as 200mg/ml for undecylate. Raw is same price per gram so u paying them to filter not for hormone. At that rate no thanks if their process isn't larger quantity scale at a time it's not worth it.
 
I prolly would of never started this thread. I would've contacted and told them I needed correct products. No one wants chance of thread started on problems. That alone automatically gives them a bad review and they usually chime in with something more reasonable for everyone to see. But I am not a way that I agree to avoid confrontation then see if am not happy. It is 100% ok to tell them u not happy with situation and u need it made right to be happy with no inconvenience from your part. No worry if they mad if they have an unhappy customer. They need customers repeat customers who recommend with no issues are the ones that matter to them the most.
 
Well now I emailed about my next order and asked what they wanted to do about this either the right product or a discount on this order....well I got an email back with my order prices and did not receive a penny of a discount or even free shipping and was told they are checking to find out if it was mis-labeled and gonna let me know....so I responded with I'm not placing another order until we can get this resolved and haven't heard anything else so I don't know.....

I am surprised that ugl did not do a better job than we will make it up with your next order I have been in same position with a ugl and a supplement order both of them had me keep what they sent and reshipped the correct order asap

Lol mountain man I actually ordered from them because I saw a post you posted saying they had really good gear and it was cheap too....I also went to place my next order and no discount was offered so I'm not going forward with the order until I can get some kind of resolution to what I even have as a product
