Spring just around the corner!!!
Let's cut it off and get a head start.
It's time to get in shape and start pushing hard and liking the pain!!!
Let's get our gear and get to work, that's right to work. Use that gear to heal those muscles that we tearing up growling talking to ourselves or whatever!

My Gear has kicked in masteron and test right now got me telling myself I got to get up and go train! It's up to u and I, we wanna sleep in or get up and train while the normal people sleep!
Don't know about u but I am Gonna hold my own if the shit ever hits the fan.
SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST!!!!

Play time is over guys let's get this training done. Let's find what ever we have inside of us to PUSH HARDER
let's leave those cookies and junk alone we gotta remember this is what we do.

Don't let our mind trick us into being lazy cause it will, don't let it talk u into crosstraining and doing lighter weights.
Do what is hard that's what has proven to work!!!

Let motivate each other and get fired up!!!

Hell ya brother that is what I needed to hear this morning to get my ass in gear thank u
Mm, that is exactly what I have been doing and have had to do in past.
My joints hurt age with work with my job and wear and tear from lifting has made its mark.
But on the other hand I know from past experiences that our brain (old brain) the part of our brain we can't control the part that tells our heart to beat. That part of our brain has a tendency to tell us and our muscles to be lazy, to not put out. Like all human psychology we gotta just do it and if we do it over and over our mind will eventually follow. Get into the groove if it will.

I used to lay in bed at night and still do, but I would start working out or pushing harder. I would lay there and notice the weight I needed to lose or that my muscles were flat. I would tell myself and still do, F IT SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN AND HAVE TO GIVE CAUSE I WILL CONTINUE AND PUSH A LITTLE HARDER EVERY WEEK AND EVERY WORKOUT AND EVENTUALLY SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN!!!
I always have to think this way because results cone slow but accumulates over time. So we can't tell ourselves it's not helping and get discouraged, we gotta tell ourselves something will happen because I will continue.
This way of thinking has gotten me somewhere.
We call different, I don't need to be the biggest, strongest or best. I just need to be my very best for me and that is the reward!
