hey -
I have this bet with a bro of mine that within one week (now ending 09/11) who ever has the lowest bf% wins a couple hundred or a cycle. Taking a mid week check to see where we are as of today (as I was sure as shit I was going to lose) - but I came in at 8.4% (yeh!) and he was 8.7%. It's too close for comfort on my part. I just finished up on a bulking cycle which added 16 pds of lean mass. So bottom line - - whats the fastest, other than starvation, do I continue to drop the % down without losing what I've gained. I have a decade on my bro - not that age matters but I can't have this young ass win either. This is extremely competitive. Also figure he works at the gym as a pt - he has some (shit he's got a lot of) advantages over me (access to equipment all the time while I'm behind a f'ing desk, shakes, food, sauna, etc etc etc).
