Not that Im a world class BB or lifter, Not even close, but I always felt it was more effective to start the week with shoulders (after your rest day). When I do shoulders withing 1-2 days of doing chest, my military press seriously suffers. Maybe b/c I do some inclines everychest workout, but because of that I start the week with shoulders, back on tue, chest on wed, arms on thurs, legs sat. Abs alternate with cardio ED for 30 min. But Im still fat.
