thanks guys (and gal). those pictures were taken at the end of june and the stats were:

44years old
5'9"
190lbs.
about 10%BF (give or take)

46"chest
33"waist
17.5"arms (cold)
the "wheels" are lagging due to a car accident but I hope to bring them up on this cycle

started my winter bulking cycle 3 weeks ago and I'm about 11 lbs. heavier already

1-10 3cc's of T-400 (1200mgs)
1-10 3cc's of EQ (600mgs)
1-5 50mgs D-bol ED
1-5 50mgs fina ED
10-16 6cc's of prop (600mgs)
10-16 50mgs winny ED
10-16 75mgs fina ED
10-16 3cc's of primo (300mgs)
