Knight looks to parlay his activity into a full UFC roster spot when he takes on Cody Brundage in a light heavyweight matchup at DWCS Season 4: Week 5.
“Knightmare” made his DWCS debut just over one year ago in his fifth pro fight and defeated Herdem Alacabek via third-round TKO. The 32-year-old competed three times between October 2019 and January 2020, picking up two stoppage wins for CES and a highly controversial TKO loss to Tafon Nchuwki for CFFC in between.
Check out an exclusive interview with the top-ranked 205-pounder in New England as he joins MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck to discuss what life has been like during the COVID-19 pandemic, being scheduled to compete in March for CES until the event was cancelled, getting back into shape once the DWCS bout with Brundage was rescheduled, why he doesn’t watch film on any of his opponents, how watching the late Kevin Randleman compete flipped an aggressive switch within him, and more.
