At Friday’s official weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 9, “The Reem” tipped the scales at 252.5 pounds for Saturday’s heavyweight main event opposite Augusto Sakai, who came in at 261.5 pounds.
All 18 fighters competing on Saturday successfully made weight, including co-main event light heavyweights Ovince Saint Preux (205.5) and Alonzo Menifield (204).

One additional fighter weighed in on Friday, featherweight Ray Rodriguez. A participant on the Contender Series in August 2019, Rodriguez made weight at 145 pounds as a potential replacement for the Brian Kelleher vs. Kevin Natividad fight. MMA Fighting learned that Natividad had a false positive test for COVID-19 and later received a negative result when tested again Thursday. As of now, the plan is still for Natividad and Kelleher to compete Saturday.
