The scheduled main event features a light heavyweight rematch between former Bellator champion Phil Davis and Lyoto Machida. In their first meeting, Davis defeated Machida via unanimous decision at UFC 163 on Aug. 3, 2013.
Also on tap for the Paramount-televised event is the promotional debut of one-time UFC bantamweight title challenger Cat Zingano, who takes on Gabrielle Holloway in a featherweight co-headliner.
