When I'm on cycle I get an extremely pumped lower back. I get it during dead lifts, squats or anything that includes recruitment of lower back.
It gets so painful I can't continue the workout and achieve the work I need to do.
I have tried Taurine 2 grams pre, another 2 grams during.
I lay on my back between sets to relax the back which helps some.
Any other solutions for this?
