    Explanation/common uses of IGF LR3:

    The main work ofIGF-1 LR3 (IGF-1 LONG R3) is to build new muscle tissues by promoting nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. IGF-1 not only makes muscle fibers bigger, but also makes more of them. IGF-1 has potent effect on fat metabolism and helps the body to burn fat rapidly. It also improves mental functions such as reflexes and learning ability. IGF-1 LR3 is widely used by bodybuilders, but it not recommended for inexperienced ones.

    IGF-1 LR3 Dose:

    The best way to use IGF-1 LR3 (IGF-1 LONG R3) is to use it in regulated dosages. Usual dosages ofIGF-1 LR3 (IGF-1 LONG R3) are 20mcg to around 60mcg per day. IGF is usually available by the milligram (1000mcg), which is equivalent to using 20mcg a day for 50 days. But for the most part, the actual dosage depends upon how much the person is able to spend on Long R3 IGF-1, although most are usually satisfied with the 20-50mcg per day dosage. Additionally, IGF is also best taken either IM or subcutaneously, having more direct effects on the body when injected. It’s also recommended to be taken during the morning or after weight training sessions.”

    How to take:
    IGF-1 LR3 (IGF-1 LONG R3) is taken by Injecting intramuscularly i.e. injecting 20mcg into one bicep and 20mcg into the other.

    Duration:
    The course length is usually 6 weeks but you can go up to 90 days.

    Dilution:
    Long R3 IGF-1, equivalent to a 1mg/ml = 1000 mcg vial, it is best prepared by using 1ml or 2ml of acetic acid

    Side effects reported:
    severe headache, nausea, and possible hypoglycaemia.

    Stacked:
    Many research studies have shown that GH and IGF-1 act synergistically to augment the effect of either hormone taken individually. So, the greatest results will take place when effective dosages of both hormones are injected. Usually 20-30mcg of IGF-1 (post workout) and 2-4IU GH (with breakfast) is the ideal stack for optimal results and minimal side effects.

    Immunological Activity No Change up to 2 years
    Mobility of Protein No Change up to 2 years

    i keep mine in fridge, but some studies have shown that once its in aa solution its good at room temperature for many months at a time! However i like to still keep it in fridge, but we have many members who say its works just as well when kept in dark cool place like a drawer or something, but again i like to play it safe lol

    it just needs to be stored at room temperature when its in glacial or acidic acid solution. Keep it out of light / sun light /uv and it will last a very long time this way.

    If i found a very old bottle of igf-1 lr3 that had been sitting in the heat, I wouldnt even bother with it! Now if it were lost amongst my socks in my dresser drawer then sure I would give it a go and see how it was.

    I read an article a few weeks ago that stated that if you take IGF- Lr3 an hour after you workout it works better.

    Yes, due to your muscles glycogen stores being exhausted / depleted , the igf-1 lr3 due to its insulin-like abilities will force more nutrients into your muscles , helping repair and grow them. However, this is only if your going to eat right after your igf 1 lr3 . But, i am of the personal opinion that for those of us who carb cycle daily, as in not eat shit all day and then take your igf about an 45-60 minutes prior to training, followed by your days first carbs, works absolute wonders.

    Have you noticed a difference between the change in when you take your igf? There really is no wrong way to take it in my opinion, at least not Lr3 version of IGF 1. I mean anyone reading through our peptide forum about igf 1 lr3, will come away with their head spinning if they were looking for an answer as to when is the best time to use the igf-1 lr3 lol. Everyone swears up and down that their way is the best way, when the reality of it is due to its being long acting (24 hours) and systemic, meaning its going to work no matter when you use it, no matter when you train, no matter when you eat, so long as you are taking it , eating, and training lmao

    But I do believe drtbear nailed it as to it being best after you've depleted your muscles and they are starving to be fed and ready to soak up everything you then eat.

    For new guys reading this, please do NOT be afraid to chow down some serious carbs man! Obviously complex carbohydrates, but aint nothing wrong with some simple / sugary carbs lol, just make sure your consuming enough muscle building foods with those carbs.



    and for those of you who do carb cycle daily, give my IGf 1 lr3 / food / and training schedule a try! If I thought I could patent my process and box it up and sell it to the world , believe me I would! I feel like daily carb cycling and pre gym carb binge is like i discovered some kind of secret to my bodies success, and i say this even without the use of the igf-1 lr3!

    6th day today. I was at the gym for 2 hours last night and could have stayed for 2 more. Not sure if that is the igf already but it was really cool. Hopefully I get the same affect tonight

    IGf 1 lr3 at 6 day mark you certainly can feel or see. I know when i take breaks, and then use it again i notice right away my bicep dangles more, lol, i guess i could have said its fuller, but it kinda falls off to the inside with what i have always described as "dangling" , not the sexiest or coolest word, but i think you guys know what i mean.

    Hello!

    I'm using igf1lr3 mostly to lose fat.
    My theory is this. Tell me if this good idea or bad.

    I'm making a high protein breakfast meal, than around three hours later I'm going to workout. Just before the workout I shot 40mcg of igf1lr3. Because, as I know, the igf1 makes lower the blood sugar, than during the workout the energy can come from mostly fat. After the workout I have a 50 gramm protein shake, and also I'm eating fish and good carbs. Of course at the end of the workout I'm already very hungry, but the workouts are always good, pumped like hell, I cannot even scratch my other side of my shoulder.

    Also it seems like fat is less and less around my hips and abs.

    I'm in the middle of 50 day cycle with this 40mcg/day, than same 50 day time off, than I would like to do another fifty day with igf1.

    What do you think about it? I'm 54 years old, workout since I was 29.

    Sounds like it’s working and how many guys and girls use it. I use it as long as money allows me to lol , and some of my best gains are long into my igf 1 run
