    Default Looking to cut!

    6í1 227. From the US, Iíve been working out for a on and off since high school over the last year Iíve spent a lot of time in the gym trying to get the physique that I can see but itís been a tough journey and had a guy throw some ideas at me on how to get myself over the edge but Iím on here curious to what you guys may know or think.

    welcome, and not sure im reading this right or not, your only a year out of highschool? or did i read it wrong? also not sure what u mean by over the edge, but if your talking about steroids, then your far to yound to even consider them, unless your at least 24 or so i wouldnt even think about using any type of gear, and creatine does wonder with heavy weight and squatting your ass off will really help build a solid foundation.

    How old are you? hows your diet and whats your training routine look like?

    Sorry I didnít make it all clear. Iím currently 27. I workout 3-4 times a week and I donít have the cleanest diet. But to be honest I want to get shredded and I was working out with this guy and suggested I try a Tren cycle which he uses himself and swore by it but Iím just looking for more info.

    If you really want to get cut, get your diet in order first and then suppliment with the goods. No amount of Tren can make up for a awful diet. Tren is a nice crutch with awful sides.

    First thing first is your diet. Are you keeping a food diary? If you can't do that for 3 months straight then don't switch to the dark side. JMHO
