I did 8 weeks of carb depletion for the Nationals, eating only 3lbs of green beans per day and 2oz of oatmeal am, fish and chicken. Calories about 1900 I weighed exactly the same as at the Florida state in August. I looked completely different, and I mean completely. Lost more bodyfat but kept the same weight. So I did put on muscle while dieting. Anyone else grow into their shows??
