Day 8- 20 mgs. Still no sides, but I feel bloated as hell and a bit queasy this morning. Not sure it's related, but reporting it nonetheless. Weight is up to 114.6. Feel soft in the middle, but arms and legs are firm. Bis/tris/forearms all feel bigger. Calves are filled out more, too, but I've been hitting them pretty hard.

Took some pics this morning...and am subsequently starting carb cycle today. I've got 16 days before vacation, and I'd like to be a little leaner. H4H is not going to do that on it's own.
 
Very good log! I'm very interested to see how this goes as well. Some of the PH's are every it it as good as the real thing. Lots of times I question if my strength is just going up or if it's the compounds. It's usually the compounds Lol.
From the structure of that steroid, it doesn't look like you should hold water from it. Maybe you are just filling out very quickly?

Cindee didn't hold water from it that I remember her saying at least. She did run it with a thermogenic though but that doesnt necessarily keep the bloat down. And she bloats a lot during her monthly but nothing that was out of the ordinary.

Cindee ran low carbs for about two weeks on 10mg then when she bumped it up to 20mg then she adjusted her diet and that's when she saw a lot of gains. A good low carb and medium day might be great.

i will definitely...she's excited...she's built like you in the front, but she has the jiggly "mom ass" still...lean and defined everywhere else (37, 5'5", 132lbs)...when i move to alabaster i'll start letting her train with me and she'll improve alot more too...(i'm not moving there til may/june though :( after graduation)

Thanks. I think the water may be related to my monthly visitor. She's been a bitch this month. I still have more definition that I did at this weight prior to show prep. I'm definitely carrying more muscle. I've been pushing water today, so we'll see what that and the carb drop does.

My biceps are probably one of my favorite parts. I get them from my Mom.

I'm right there with her on the mom ass. That's the last place to tighten up for me. And the first place that my post-show junk food went. Maybe she can make good progress on her own before you get there. She might just show you up! :bber:
 
The queasiness seems to have passed this afternoon. Maybe the extra water helped. I did take 2 Advil for a headache earlier.

My plan is to do 2-3 low days followed by a moderate day, repeat. Then I'll do a refeed late next week.

Missed the gym last night because hubby had a migraine and was in bed early. I'm planning to run stairs at lunch, assuming the rain holds off. Another low carb day, and I'm feeling great.
 
Day 10- 20mgs, split between morning and night.

I realized yesterday that with my workouts being at night, I might not be getting the full benefit of the H4H post-workout because I take it all in the morning. I took one capsule after the gym last night, and one this morning. Weight was down this morning, 111.2 lbs. Abs are a bit tighter than they have been. Yesterday was somewhat low-carb, with the exception of an ice cream sandwich. :p

Workout last night was back and chest (not the usual combo but this week has been weird since I split out hammies).

Pulldowns: 80 lbs. Up from 70.
One-Arm DB rows: 42.5 lbs. Up from 40.
Straight arm pushdowns: 40. No change, maybe because I freakin hate these.
Low Row on Cable: 85 lbs. Also up.
Flat bench: 30 on the bar. Implants make me wary to get too heavy.
Incline DB press: 25 lbs. Up from 20.
Incline flyes: 25 lbs. Up from 22.5.

So strength is up. Weight is down. No side effects. Overall very happy so far.
 
Yeah, I really suck at this dieting stuff now and keto wasn't my goal. For 12 weeks, I didn't have so much as an extra almond. I find it very hard to restrict myself now. Not that I binge, but trying to stay on a strict plan is too unbalanced at this point.

r u using a coach? my girl is using cathy savage for the last year now and i'm actually pissed because the workouts are twice as much as i'd EVER give to anyone...she's really burning up muscle and unable to finish most of the time because it's literally 20 supersets or circuits every leg day (twice a week) and way too many sets on all bodyparts for that matter...and she wants her to cut her carbs and fat intake even more now and is already down to 1400 calories a day...i can't wait til i move and can train her instead...accomplish more with much less work and eat more...she's starving most of the day

I used an online coach for my contest prep. He did my diet and workouts, customized for me. I had carbs the whole time, never did more than 20 minutes HIIT for cardio. Calories were between 1200 (low-carb days which we eliminated for a while because I was getting so lean) and 2000 on high-carb, refeed days. Granted, I was hungry sometimes, but that's to be expected. And I was often doing cardio at lunch and weights or plyos in the evening. I lost a little of my quad sweep, but that was the only place I noticed any muscle loss, and that was mostly in the last 2 weeks or so.

I'm not working with anyone now, but I loosely follow the diet he laid out. And I'll use it more strictly when I'm ready.

Maybe you can lay something better out for her from where you are?

i have given her an idea of how i'd fix her diet and training....she's gonna ride it out for now since she paid for it and once that period is done she's paying me in the best way she knows how (WINNING!) lol

I can understand her wanting to get what she paid (money) for, but...

I'm sure paying you will be more fun, and you'll have a, um, personal interest in her physique. ;)
 
Day 13- 20 mgs- one cap every 12 hours (or as close as I can get to those times).

Did shoulders and abs last night:

DB press: 30 lbs (up from 27.5)
Lateral raise: 12.5 for 8 (up from 10 for 5)
Arnolds: 30 (up from 27.5)
Rear delt flyes: 7 x 1, 10 x 3, 7 x 1. That 10 is up from my usual 7.

I found my old measurements from last summer. In a year, I've added 1" to my arms (now 11.5") and half inch to my calf (now 12"). Shoulders are up 1 1/8" to just over 39". Quad is up 2" or so, but there might be a little more fat there. (It should be noted that I had to take 4 or 5 months off because my son had a bone marrow disorder that required frequent trips to the hospital and several hospitalizations.) I'd call that progress. :bber:
