Didnt see an intro section so ill post here.

New to the board but been around since pretty much the beginning of the internet.

Ive been VET on AB, TID, Peak-muscle and a few others. Former local NPC competitor and two time Masters Nationals competitor.

Been out of commission for the last 5 years due to back and hip issues and surgeries with last November being my last back surgery.

Been back in the gym training the past few months and looking to get active on the boards again.

Look forward to sharing where I can and learning as well.

WELCOME, AND SORRY I JUST SEEN YOUR THREAD WAS MODERATED, NOT SURE WHY IT WAS CAUGHT IN OUR SPAM FILTER, BUT I JUST APPROVED IT IN ANY CASE, AND VERY SORRY IF THE SITE WASNT LETTING YOU POST ANYWHERE ELSE.

So hows training going now that your back? And are your injuries related to bodybuilding? Just curious cause my knees are bone on bone man and 100% from bodybuilding , and powerlifting, which i competed in both, firstm powerlifting then bodybuilding obviously , though i guess some guys do it in reverse and go from bodybuilding to powerlifting lol

anyhow, any pics you can share with us?

Lastly and Again - WELCOME TO MC DADDIO! Hope to see you active and around!

Thanks brother! Sorry for the late reply. Seems like life always has unseen shit to throw at you just when you think things are going well.

Training had been getting better little by little. Was struggling with legs a bit from some hip pain that I thought was just tight hip flexors but after trying some stretching and strengthening and no improvement I finally went in for some xrays and was told I'm bone on bone and need a hip replacement. Seems like it one thing after another.

Regardless I'm still training just minimizing legs to things I can do that don't cause much pain until I can get in and get a hip replacement.

Can't say for sure if my injuries are or were training related as I worked in warehousing for 20 years when I was younger and is where I first hurt my back but I'm sure the heavy lifting didn't help any.

Pics I got. lol Both of myself and all my injuries. Now that I can post I'll be much more active and share what I can training wise, brewing wise and rehab wise.

Appreciate the welcome and look forward to being more active.
