Going out drinking after training questions

I drink 2-3 times a year and don't drink too much, but I get drunk. Today I had the most incredible leg workout ever.
1. How much do you think the alcohol wil hinder the results??
2. What do I do to minimize the inevitable cramping?
I always take an Animal Pack after and gorge myself on water, any other helpful ideas??
 
Youll be fine bro pound a shake before you head out and try to get a couple of waters in between the beers or whatever your drinking. Pound the water when you get home and get back to it tomorrow.
 
WTF when I was 218 girls couldn't keep their hands off of me. Now I'm 255 and still tight I get nothing but weird stares???!! I had girls walk by and grtab my arms and chest and ask "is that real?" But that's it. I go out for an ego boost and definately didn't get one this time!!!
 
It's a known fact that most women like muscular men up to a certain size, then the number of women that show interest drops off as you get larger. You just happen to be at the one end of the bell curve. Personally, I wouldn't care. I'd rather be a bigger man, and I know there will always be some chicks out there that like that size even if I have to find them.

lol, seems I could swing girls pretty good when I was a buck 60. But being a bigger guy now, I just see it as me having the option to handle heavy machinery if need be. :D
 
Nothin wrong with hoggin' sometimes or If you're a wingman its in the job discription that most of the time you're takin' one for the team.

I'm still irritated that these tools wearing Abercrombie mediums seem to do well, even the heavier "I used to be in good shape" guys. I'm a good looking guy and it seems getting my little ego boost in clubs is over. Now I see why the bigger guys seem to always be at the gym.....
I have better abs then my Skeletor looking friend that I went out with (we even had some girls judge) and still he got more attention (positive) than me.
 
i went from 270 -chicks once in a while, to 225 -i cant do my job cause they're like flies.

drink lots of water. Guinness has a lot of protein in it. -just a thought.
 
I'd rather be with a bigger guy than some scrawny "fit" dude... so mad reps for the big guys! ;)

And def drink water in between drinks. I don't think it's bad to go out and have a good night once in a while... just don't want a hangover the next day because your training will SUCK!! :(
