what do you guys do to stop before bed cravings. Lately for the past week or so around 9-10pm I get these hunger cravings that I just have the hardest time to stop. last night I had whole wheat chips (make at home out of tortillas) with some guacamole dip (1/3 cup), and 2 table spoons of Peanut butter. The other night I had 1/4 grits which makes 1 cup after its made. And the other night I had 1cup oatmeal. I can go on and on. I dont know why this is comming on all of the sudden. My last actual meal is around 8 but if I eat earlier then that then I dont mind it. But if I eat at 8 then hungery as hell at 9 I am like WTF.
