:mad:I dont know about any of you but I have been getting colds and sinus infections about every 6 weeks. this is BS. I go to the docs for meds to get rid of it faster but they just keep comming back. I dont go to the gym when sick. I dont want to get others sick plus my workouts just suck anyway. I rather recoup. They can last for up to 10 days on average so far. Thankfully I am not on or I would be pissed even more.

I always do that between January and April. Mostly allergy related, I think. But, I'll get two or sometimes three in a year, about six weeks apart like you said.

I have no allergies luckily. I feel real bad for my oldest son though who has them. they did an allergy test on him and 90% of plant based items he is allergic to. we stock meds and inhalers for him. this is my 4th sinus infection. getting tired of it already

yeah my sinus are always fucked this time of the year...when I lay down my ears get stopped up and when I sit or stand they pop and are OK. Went to a walk in clinic the other day and he gave me antibiotics, said it might be a sinus infection if it continues I'll have to go to a specialist and see what's up...

I've had a little bit of one for a few days now, but it hasn't affected my training or maybe it's that I won't let it. I'm sleeping more to keep it at bay. My immune system probably isn't too great right now, but I can't afford time off.

there's so many factors that are involved, I live in one of the worst places for shitty air quality-think it's in the top 5

never had a problem with sinus until I turned about 21 then I got my wisdom teeth pulled around 28 and it was all down hill from there

I'm going through a sinus infection right now as well. I get it about three times a year. Normally around March, June, and December. Prices to deal with when living in Florida.

I don't have any sinus problems and don't really get sick, not sure why, but that's just always been how I am...I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. The worst I've ever dealt with is post nasal drip and I hated that and that's nothing compared to the things a lot of people go through every year
