I've been to all three of my favorite ammunition sites and not one of them has a single box of 5.56 ammo to sell!! WTF is going on?! Has our society declined so rapidly that people actually believe Obullshit that more gun legislation will make us safer? From who?! Not from the government that makes laws that prevent competition from their privately backed utility companies. Or from any criminal (who is going to be more affected by the cost of a can of Pepsi going up in price than more gun control).I mean What the fuck?! We didn't need less guns in that school, we needed more!! That kid murdered his mother and took her guns. Do you think he gives a fuck about gun laws?! He committed a capital crime just to get ready to commit his target crime?! Who missed that?!fucking idiots!! What would've happens if the teachers had a firearm?! Dead fucker real quick, but no, don't EMPOWER the people, use this as an excuse to take freedoms away in order to "protect" them. This shit is out of hand. I can't get ammo for my guns?!

watching the news here in calif. (anti gun) and they are having all these public forums on banning guns.
Saw quite a few older people speaking, they were telling the boards that the goverment is trying to to
take our right to protect ourselves away from us. Just looked better and more convincing with older people
pleading for the right to defend temselves. Also had people speaking who were alive today because they had
a gun at the right time. Just good to see a little pro gun in this neck of the woods.
I live in san francisco and a few years back there was a vote to ban owning handguns in the city. AND IT
FUCKING PASSED!! The NRA had it overturned as unconstitutional. Its these dam people comming here and
trying to change the city with no regard for the history here.

I know you can find them on some sites still but they want damn near $1 a bullet, i lucked out and got some right when that shooting happened for normal cost.

o yea and my local guns shop ass clowns raised their pmags to $39.99 from the normal $14 even though magpul put out a statement saying they have not raised the cost of them.

How about .223 rounds? You can use .223 in a 5.56 chambered AR but you can not use a 5.56 in a chambered .223 AR.

.223 you can't find anywhere either. If you do its like $20 a freaking box. Guy went to a local store of a buddy I know and bought $700 of magazines and .223 ammo the day after the Cincinnati shooting. AR-15 magazines have went from $27 for a 30 round mag to $75 - $80 is freaking rediculous. Also the same AR I bought last year for $695 is now $995 or more.

We just went to Academy Sports to look at their guns and the shelves of handgun ammo were damn near bare. They had shotgun shells and quite a bit of rifle ammo, but there were only a couple boxes of .38 and 9mm ammo on the shelves for handguns. And the gun section was crowded as hell. They said people were lined up every Tuesday morning when they get their shipments in.

I have checked and called multiple suppliers and sites, right now the average is a month or more on back order...some sites are so far behind they won't even take orders right now

you would think that with all the people buying guns and ammo right now that it would tell the assholes running the country that we don't want to give up our second amendment rights

gunbroker still has some ammo on it for better than the website prices. but it seems like the 30 cent days a cartridge are gone.

gunbroker.com it's like ebay for guns and ammo type stuff. if you google it you'll find it,you can either bid or do the buy it now. they have ammo cheaper than any of the regular retailers online but like i said it's not like it was a month or two ago. now there may be some auctions you can get better deals but i hate doing those and waiting.
