Steroids vs cigarettes/alcohol

Is there any medical proof from a doctor or specific university on steroids that indicate thier addictiveness or lethality.
Do cigarettes/alcohol kill or cause any health problems? Do steroids kill or cause any health problems?
Is there any medicinal or medical use for nicotine(tobacco)/alcohol or steroids products that can be beneficial to ones health?

Please share your thoughts, Is steroids more dangerous or cigarettes/alcohol?

i would say that cigarettes and alcohol are on their own level at the top, of causing deaths but they are taxed to the max so it's ok.

Honestly I have no idea. All I know is I feel good and it's exciting to watch my body change. Funny thing, if I told my friends/coworkers I was on stuff they'd think of me as some crazy druggy girl who is about to die at any moment because of the scary steroids, lol... But I could go out to a bar with those same people light up a cig (I don't smoke btw), have some alcohol and eat a tub of lard and that wouldn't be odd at all! If I'm going to indulge in a "risky" habit, I'll keep doing what I'm doing.

Steroids are illegal because some ass hat couldn't deal with the fact that his son committed Suicide. It had to be the steroids. That's a fact. Cigarettes cause cancer. Alcohol causes cirrhosis of the liver and alcohol related traffic deaths. I've used AAS for 12 years. My liver is perfect as are my lungs and my driving record.

Only wish that government realised this...

ever thought that maybe they know all this...
i highly doubt the government wants the public to look good, feel good be healthy and live longer... its much more profitable if the public were all fat unhealthy slobs who killed each other on the roads.

They do. Government is the US has become everything the founding fathers warned us about. People have cried for over 200 years wanting the Government to take care of things that they should be taking care of themselves. As a result we have lost the right to handle these situations on our own. Recently we have lost the right to choose what level, if any, of health insurance we choose. The Government got around that pesky Constitution by making the penalty a tax. Soon we will lose the right to bear arms. Not explicitly, but what is there in place to prevent Obama from placing a "hazardous component" tax on firearms and ammunition under the guise of healthcare reform. The Supreme Court has ruled this Constitutional as long as the penalty is a tax... The framework has been laid. This has not been the Land of the Free in a long time. We are now on the downward slope. Things will get very bad, very quickly moving forward as we have already seen since November

I had a long clever response to this post but I had some browser issues. In a nutshell -

Pros:
Nicotine - Lowered risk or prevention of Parkinson's/Alzheimers.
AAS - Fight muscle wasting diseases, low testosterone complications such as mood and sex drive

Cons:
Nicotine - Increased risk of cancer, lung and heart issues
AAS - Increased risk of heart attacks, kidney damage, liver damage

thought low testostrone increased risk of heart attacks. Testostrone replacement is a good thing
to keep you healthy when your levels decrease. Or how bout this. Do some steriods and run
around the block. Drink some alcohol and smoke some cigaretts and run around the block.
Now compare how you feel after. lol

I should have stated AAS abuse not simple hormone replacement can lead to damage. Talking about taking high doses of AAS and/or very toxic compounds.

Kinda like many yrs ago when the baseball (a sport I do love) world was up in arms because Sosa, McGuire and whoever were being exposed as users. I was at a bar with a fellow platehead and this one drunken fat slob was blithering and jabbering on about the losers taking drugs and whatever. He was so drunk he kept spitting and slurring his words in between gulps of beer and the bar nachos. He was beyond pathetic. Made me proud to be a juicing meathead
