I am serial entrepeneur who is not greedy & likes to help when I can. God has blessed me.

So I have an opportunity that maybe some would be interested in.

I joined a clean energy company in Solar as a COO & plan to do several
Acquisitions then take it through pre-ipo to public.

The stock is $2.00 but in 1 week it will jump to do because I am
close on closing 6 acquisitions. It's a good time to invest.

The stock once public will start at $16 lowest but could be significant. Phenomenal
Acquisitions. It is still a steal a great deal at $6.00 a share but $2.00 is better.

I normally make a very high salary but I took a low salary of 2K a month & more stock & living in
of the most expenses places in the country.

My parents put several hundred thousand in.

If it doesn't go public & gets acquired the company looking at is trading at $79.00 currently.

No Problem at all echo419. Once we go public even at the public price the business has predictability & visibility, underlying growth potential, we have several tricks for future growth, & no single point of failure.

You are the COO and you are telling us this information about the stock price? Do you know anything about insider trading?

It's a private company right now. We are selling stock in it. It is not inside trading. Once we file for a pre-ipo & a public offering than we will behave like a public company & certain restrictions will apply.

What I mentioned is transparent & legal.

What I disclosed is open to all. Now if I tell you CR6 as an example Microsoft is buying us next week & not tell anyone else is a No-No.

What I am disclosing is how we plan to grow & make money. Nowhere did I say guaranteed.

But I invest & buy from people I know & trust.

I invested in a company better than utube & it went belly up & it was better than utube, but you tube capitalized on a few things & they became the leaders.

Not always do the best companies make it.

Hear is an update I can disclose! Very Exciting! Those who invested/who didn't I will share the triumphs & failures

We've just closed 6 acquisitions that have the following impact to us:

Bring around $57 Million pro-forma income to EE in 2014

Extends our operating history back 10 years

Horizontally expands our business into off-grid solar, LED retrofitting and energy management solutions.

None of which are impacted by utilities who consciously slow down grid-tied solar installs.

These acquisitions greatly protect our business.

Vertically expands our business into the installation and contracting space - with skilled labor and all the contracting licenses needed to control our own destiny and manage costs

Dramatically extends our client base, testimonials, and completed project portfolio.

We can now claim Fortune 100 companies in our client portfolio - and we will market these on our website in the coming weeks

Provide us with a 26,000 sq ft warehouse location in Hawaii to serve our Pacific market.

We also secured an inventory of solar panels and batteries as part of the acquisitions.

Adds solar lease financing, solar loan financing, and LED financing sources.

These capital sources run into the $100+ Million range

We are also inheriting a team that will expand our employee base to over 50+ people

We will issue a press release each week for the next 5 weeks to introduce these acquisitions to the marketplace

We are also inheriting exclusive distribution rights for Lithium/Ion batteries for Hawaii.

All these acquisitions were completed with stock - no cash involved

These are just the highlights - there is much more besides

I am working on 4 more acquisitions and I hope to close these in May - but I would caution that these are not complete. If they do close - I expect the following impact:
We will have over $40 Million in 2013 historical revenues and over $105 million in 2014 pro-forma revenue

Extended our employee base to over 100 people

We will be bigger than many companies (on a revenue basis) listed on NASDAQ

We will also be EBIDTA positive with a large base of recurring revenue. SolarCity is not EBIDTA positive

What's next? Our S-1 paperwork has been completed

We need to complete financial audits of all companies we have acquired

We need to hire a PR company and start marketing our story and the incredible growth we have undergone.

We're going to seek recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in the USA

And we need to settle on an underwriter quickly. CEO headed back to see Credit Suisse in the next two weeks once we've documented the above accomplishments

Minimum investment is 25,000 but I can go down to 10K if anyone is interested.

Share Stock has gone to $6.00 a share. Voted on, goes in effect mid May. Still a good deal then but better now.

If interested PM & if you can't do that let me know what you are thinking I may be able to get you in as a non-accredited investor.

No worries either way.

Also if it is a large amount I can be flexible on when you can send the money.

We don't need it right away.

Our valuation is looking like 500 m to 1 billon. We are figuring that out.

Also we have a method if you have an Ira or 401k to draw out of it without penalty.
