I was told that I have large forearms and he asked if I use wrist wraps..i said yes I do..he says thats why u have big forearms..I said but I dont think I have big forearms in fact I dont even train them..and the reason I use wrist wraps is because I broke both my wrists and they help with the pain. .he is like NO u have big fore arms because u use wrist wraps. Im like yeah ok bro..and carry on eating my chicken..I think im going to buy some ankle wraps so I can get big calfs..lol..
 
Thats funny I have to use wrist wraps also I broke both my wrist and several other bones LOL on a 4 wheeler about 7 years ago. I definitely dont think wrist wraps make you have big forearms if they do I want sum for my biceps!!!

maybe he was thinking about blood flow restriction training. i don't know that writs wraps would do this but some guys aren't too swift

not me bro, i never wear any kind of wraps , never have never will. Now straps i will use on heavy back days, but other then that i don't use shit
 
I was going to ask, if you use a waste wrap will it make ur #$%^ bigger? Or is that just another old wives tale..
 
I use wrist straps because of a broken wrist years ago and it just makes it feel secure. Besides, tourniquet training you wrap at the top of the limb. So you would wrap at the elbow. If you wrap your wrists you restrict flow on your hands.

I personally think tourniquet is not worth looking like a fool. Kind of like the guy that uses high altitude masks at my gym while he's lifting lol

I do like blood starving sets, nastiest pumps.
