So lately iven been feeling bloted after my workout. i start to cough alit and basicaly il drink a pist worrk out shake than wait maybe 30 mins and eat my post meal : 6 ounces chicken medium size sweet potatoe and basically i have a hard time eating that than i coughed more and puked everywhere. but before i work out maybe 1-40 mins il eat around 4 oz chicken than maybe oatmeal or sweet potatoe. than a pre work out with creatine 15 mins before my actual workout. i feel ok at that time . Im thinking it might have to do with the timing of my meals ? Please help any advice is welcomed . thank you

Yes, your timing is off. Many people don't realize how much effort it takes your system to digest. Basically, you have your body working on the preworkout meal, then your blood supply is being diverted away to your muscles with your meal not digested yet. After your workout, you suddenly task your digestive system to take on a larger meal, and it has that plus what was left before your workout. Your body simply can't divert the blood supply that fast, and it makes you vomit.

Your preworkout meal should consist of mostly faster-digesting carbs if you're going to eat that closely to the workout. If you want to stick with that preworkout meal, then yes, it is timed very poorly and should be moved out possibly to 90 minutes before your workout to let your body handle it.

I agree with everything said here in terms of mobbing back your timing. Its all about knowing your body, I know exactly when to eat so that i am fully charged up for my workout,
