New Year Programming HELP

So I have been doing PPL since early October

I am going away for the holidays, so I will be taking a nice break

I am prob going to be trying some SARMs in Jan
I will make a new post to discuss stack when it gets closer
I am curious as to some suggestions for new programs

Right now I am thinking of doing the same PPL
But with a unilateral approach

So dumbbells and doing one arm/leg/side of the body at a time
Trying to really focus on stabilization/balance

Thoughts?
Suggestions as to other programs?

I cannot be the only one who is planning on trying something new or making some changes for the new year

Only changes i need or want to make are getting my ass into the gym more than i have been lol. And sorry i don't have any suggestions to your program, other then do loads of dumb less if your trying to work stabilizers, but looks like u know this, and to go heavy, which incorporates the stabilizer muscles more
